The Tiny Closet Return and Exchange Policy
We hope you never have to return any of your fabulous clothes, but here at The Tiny Closet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If not, we will do everything in our power to make it work out for you – our loyal customers.
After you have received your items, inspect them to make sure there are no defects, wrong item(s) sent, or if something is missing. If any of these things happen, please email us within 2 business days at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get it corrected for you!
We do not issue refunds. We ONLY issue store credit. If there is a mistake on our part or an item is damaged, you will be credited by the method you bought the item with ie - cash for cash, credit card will go back on credit card and gift cards will be issued for gift cards used.
- If an item was bought from our comment sold app your payment will be credited back to your comment sold account

- Sale items, bodysuits, swimsuits, accessories, hats/beanies, and items purchased during a sale including our live sale are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, sale/clearance items, bodysuits, swimsuits, or gift cards. (or any item discounted 30% or more from full retail price)
- If a final sale item is returned to us, we will send you a shipping invoice via email for the ineligible item(s). You are responsible for paying the invoice within 7 business days after it is emailed. If the shipping invoice is not paid, the ineligible return will be donated. We will attempt to contact you 2 times before donating.
- You have a 14-day window from time of shipment to return your items for store credit.
- Shipping for return items is non-refundable unless we goofed and the mistake was ours, therefore the buyer is responsible for the shipping.
- Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase for a refund. No exceptions. If canceled before shipping it’s only store credit.
- Please allow 2-4 days for items to be processed back & for credit to be seen in your account.
- Items are eligible for cancelation 30 minutes after order is placed for a full refund with reason. After 30 minutes you will only be issued store credit or charged a 20% restocking fee.
- Items are not eligible for cancellation after packing slip has been printed and is in processing.
- We do not offer exchanges as of 10.10.21. An E-Giftcard OR Comment sold account credit will be issued once your return is processed. We recommend placing a new order for the item you wish to exchange. We cannot always guarantee the item/size you would like to exchange will be in stock.
- If you have received a defective item please contact our customer service by emailing at email@example.com within 3 business days of delivery. Please include your first and last name, order number, items name, and photo of the defect in the email.
- If you contact us outside of the 3 business day window the item does not qualify for replacement or return
- We take our shipping process very seriously and our team makes sure that each item is packaged to get to you in the way you expect it to. We are not responsible for packages once they are scanned with USPS, DHL, UPS, Fedex.
